their activities for establishment of social justice and regulating the relations of the officers with government agencies.
b) To safeguard and promote interest of its members all over the country
c) To redress the grievances of the members.
d) To promote a sense of fraternity, feeling of belonging and brotherhood amongst its members.
e) To cooperate, accept affiliations and federate with the officers associations, federations, and confederations in the country where similar objectives are seen with international bodies.
f) To achieve professional excellence through better coordination amongst its members.
g) To offer better services to the public.
h) To make dedicated efforts for welfare of its members.
i) To conduct seminars, webinars, social activities, competitions, quiz
programs etc. time to time.
j) To take up any other activity conducive to the betterment in the discharge of their functions effectively and effeciently.
The Drugs Control Officers (I) Welfare Association was framed on 13th October, 2022 at Hyderabad as a result of untiring efforts of many officers across the country and the initiative taken by the Mr. Lalit Goel, Mr. Rakesh Dahiya and Mr. G.Koteshwar Rao.
The first Executive Committee with Shri G.Koteshwar Rao as the first President was elected at the said historical meeting. The Executive Committee immediately swung into action and a constitution of the DCOIWA was drafted at the meeting held at Hyderabad. In this meeting, the Objectives, Mission, Vision and the Strategy to be followed clearly defined and documented.
The “DRUGS CONTROL OFFICERS (I) WELFARE ASSOCIATION” is registered as the Society under the Telangana Societies Registration Act., 2001 with No: 634 of 2022.
